Kelly Zhang has long focused on commercial dispute resolution, with a distinctive edge in handling foreign-related and international commercial arbitration cases. Before joining JT&N, she spent seven years at the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), working bilingually in Chinese and English, providing high-quality procedural services for over 400 complex commercial arbitration cases spanning construction & real estate, finance, private equity & venture capital, and international trade. She also handled case filing for numerous arbitration matters and administered the first case concluded under CIETAC's Mediation Rules.

Her extensive institutional experience cultivates a neutral perspective and adjudicative mindset. Her deep understanding of arbitration procedure enables precise prediction of procedural developments, while her rich hearing experience allows for swift judgment and accurate responses.

Kelly is frequently invited as a speaker at professional seminars and university lectures, sharing her knowledge of arbitration theory and practice. She also serves as a mediator at multiple professional mediation institutions.
