Before joining JT&N, she spent seven years at the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), working bilingually in Chinese and English, providing high-quality procedural services for over 400 complex commercial arbitration cases spanning construction & real estate, finance, private equity & venture capital, and international trade.
She also handled case filing for numerous arbitration matters and administered the first case concluded under CIETAC's Mediation Rules.
